Host fee structure

Fee deduction: The service fee is deducted from the host’s payout and typically ranges from 14% to 17%, depending on various factors. In some cases, the fee may be higher for Super Strict cancellation policies.

Factors influencing the service fee

Platinum tier hosts: Pay a 14% service fee.
Other hosts: Pay a 15% service fee.
Hosts with very strict cancellation policies: May pay a 16-17% service fee.

Fee calculation example

Formula: (Booking subtotal * 15% Service Fee) + ( applicable Tax on the Service Fee) = Host Payout

For Dubai

Formula: (Booking subtotal * 15% Service Fee) + (5% Tax of the Service Fee) = Host Payout

For example, if a host in Dubai has a booking subtotal of AED 1,000, under the fee structure with a 15% service fee:

Service fee: AED 1,000 * 15% = AED 150
VAT on service fee: AED 150 * 5% = AED 7.50
Total deduction: AED 150 + AED 7.50 = AED 157.50
Host payout: AED 1,000 - AED 157.50 = AED 842.50
